1 Overview

Cine4Life ("we", "us", or "our") operates as an index and directory service. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video content on our servers. All media content is streamed from third-party sources and external embed providers over which we have no direct control.

We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and expect our users and third-party embed providers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to clear and valid copyright infringement notices.

2 What We Can and Cannot Remove

Because Cine4Life does not store video files on our own servers, we are only able to remove links or references from our website that point to third-party content. To have the infringing content itself removed from the internet, you must also contact the hosting provider directly.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the link or embed from our site within 48–72 business hours.
• Notify the alleged infringer if applicable.
• Document the removal for our records.

3 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide all of the following information in writing:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
3. The specific URL(s) on our website that you allege contain infringing material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

5 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

6 Repeat Infringers

Cine4Life reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
